- We are unable to change or add products to an already placed webstore order.
- Please send over any order cancellations as soon as possible to avoid returns/restocking fees.
- We are unable to send any orders via expedited or overnight shipping.
- We are unable to re-route or change shipping addresses on already shipped orders.
- Typical order processing times on webstore orders is 1-3 business days. (Not accounting for ship times or additional shipping delays.)
- Ss Brewtech does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what is provided via the tracking number.
- Please wait 7 shipping days after the estimated delivery date before reaching out to Ss Brewtech about delayed and/or lost packages.
- Ss Brewtech is not part of USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) and cannot control their service or handling of Ss Brewtech orders.
- Due to the pandemic, all major shipping carriers no longer offer signature deliveries.
- Please reach out to Ssupport immediately (with photos) for any orders damaged during shipping.
- All major shipping carriers have service interruptions, delays, and lost packages.
- All major shipping carriers have seen inaccuracies in tracking data (like the examples below.)
- We are not currently shipping ANY FedEx deliveries
USPS Statement - No, it is still the USPS policy to maintain current delivery schedules nationwide. However, due to COVID-19 and employee availability, there may be temporary delays to some mail delivery.
UPS Statement - Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destinations.
