Can I use direct fire or induction heating on your Mash Tun?

No.

These are foam insulated tuns and can't be heated with direct fire and/or induction - both of which would be too hot for the insulation material.  

For induction, the bottom of the tun isn't really flat / uniform anyway. It would never work as you need a very flat and uniform surface for induction to work properly.
