If you bought your Ss Brewtech product(s) from MoreBeer or Kegoutlet then please contact their customer support directly for warranty or other needs. They do their own support for their own sales. If you bought directly from us here at Ss, then please send a note to support@ssbrewtech.com and we'll get back to you within one business day at latest and sometimes within minutes or hours – just depending on the time of day and how tied up we are with other operational stuff or shipping!
