Q: How do I give the gift card to the person I bought it for?
A: You just email it to them! You will get an email from Ss Brewtech / Shopify and you simply forward the email to them. That email has a link to the gift card and the code. If you would rather have a printed copy, then simply click the link in the email sent to you, and print it out (they just need the code that will be on the print out)
Q: Can a gift card be used more than once?
A: Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Q: Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
A: Yes.
Q: How do customers check their balance?
A: The balance is displayed beside the gift card when applied to a cart during checkout. Customers can also check their balance by visiting the unique gift card link sent via email.
Q: Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
A: Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
