On the selling side when we do direct, we are primarily an internet business and conduct 99% of our business online through email, FAQ’s, etc.
We don't have dedicated phone support staff to do this and the folks that are here are just busy developing products, trying to crank shipments out of the warehouse, working with manufacturers, global drop ship customers, wholesale distribution partners, and so on.
We do however have large distribution partners such as MoreBeer.com that DO have phone support staff that are well-versed with our products and if you purchase from them they'd be happy to support you on the phone during their normal phone support hours.
