What are the basic utility requirements for your brew houses?

In the U.S. market, we spec our brew houses with

-220v 3-phase power input.

-1" FPT standard pipe fittings for water.

-Direct fire burners that require a minimum of 3/4" with preferably a 1" NPT schedule 40 inlets. (Please consult us directly for gas pressure requirements).
