How large of a steam boiler do I need for my brewhouse?

We recommend 1.25 Boiler Horsepower per BBL.

A 5 BBL system we recommend roughly 6 boiler horsepower plant. 

Just as a reference point - 1 Boiler Horsepower is equal to about 33,475 BTUs.
