Can your commercial fermentation vessels be used as unitanks?

Unitanks are considered a staple in tighter brewery installations where space may not be available for a completely separate brite tank.  

A unitank enables fermentation, conditioning, carbing, and then packaging all from a single vessel.

All of our commercial fermentation vessels are considered unitanks, and have been pressure tested to 30 PSI.
