About 1.1-1.3 quarts are residual after racking your beer out of the Brew Bucket (or Brewmaster Bucket)
You can get to that lower number by tipping it on its side a little bit. You are more at the higher number if just leaving flat on the table/surface. Keep in mind for most beers the majority of this quart plus of liquid is going to be trub and stuff you don't want racking out into your secondary or kegs or wherever you are racking.
