What is best way to transfer wort over to my Chronical from my brew kettle?

Here is a copy/paste from a recent support ticket we did:

You'll want to run it through a pump. This is the same setup we use actually. We run the kettle to the pump to the thermonator to the fermentor.

Kettle > Pump > Thermonator > Fermentor

Here's a video of a guy using one. He isn't using tri clamp fittings, but the concept is the same.
