At this time we are not offering this assembly for sale without purchase of a kettle (which comes with this assembly already
Kettles biz is too cut throat and we need all the competitive advantage we can get to help sell kettles and move boxes here in our op. That is the straight up honest reason we don't want to part these out.
The trub dam/pickup REALLY WORKS and that is why we want to keep them an integral part of our kettle line for now. We're sure someone will knock us off - but in the meantime, we stay the course.
