Can I move my Ss Brewtech gear by the handles when full?

No.

Ss Brewtech does not recommend lifting full or partially full tanks. Tank handles should only be used to move tanks between batches.

• Instead of moving full Ss fermenters or Brite Tanks for gravity transfers, Ss Brewtech recommends performing gas-pressurized transfers.
• Instead of moving full Ss Kettles or Mash Tuns for gravity transfers, Ss Brewtech recommends performing pump transfers.

While gravity transfers or racking is possible for smaller fermenters that can be easily lifted, larger sizes become cumbersome and prohibitive as a result of the additional weight. In a heavier vessel such as a steel fermenter or kettle, this can easily turn into a safety concern, even at 5 gallons.
