Type of ice best for use in FTSs / cooler

In order of preference (EFFICIENCY / LIFE):

1. Plastic soda bottles (filled with water of course), frozen
2. Big block ice
3. Cube ice
4. Crushed ice

You will find the efficiency of bottles or block ice to be higher and they will last a lot longer than cube or crushed ice.
