Detail needed on TC flanges and bores used on your Chronical fermenters

Here is an excerpt of email dialogue on a ticket we closed out recently:

Hi Zane,

Your computer screen is actually pretty good.

The TC we call 1-1/2 is more of an industry thing and refers to the Clamp/Flange where the Flange is 1.984".

All of the TC's are 1.984" Flange. . . so all the same Clamp.

However, as you noticed, the Side TC has a smaller bore. This is done to make the welding on the curved surface of the cone easier.

The lower TC has the larger bore. This is done to be sure it will not plug when dumping the Trub

I had a quick question about the 14gal or 1/2 barrel Chronical. In the description, it states that the fittings are all "1-1/2 tri-clamp" (TC). As you undoubtedly know 1" and 1-1/2" TC fittings both share the same flange diameter (1.984") so you can use the same size clamp for either. However, the 1" TC has a 0.870" bore diameter whereas the 1-1/2" has a 1.370" bore diameter.

It might be a visual trick, or my computer screen just sucks, but I swear it looks like the bore diameter on the side fitting (for the racking arm) isn't a 1.370" bore (1-1/2" TC fitting). I can't seem to find any photos or videos showing the actual fitting on the bottom and lid clearly but from what I have seen they do look like the full 1-1/2" TC with the 1.370" bore diameter (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Can you confirm the bore diameter on the side TC fitting? Is it a 1" TC with the 0.870" bore or a full 1-1/2" fitting with the 1.370" bore?

Honestly, I would actually prefer if it was a 1" TC fitting but before I buy any equipment that I would be used in conjunction with a Chronical, and the Chronical itself, I wanted to check.
